Management of an international BI Roll-In
As part of a group-wide initiative, a uniform BI platform is being introduced worldwide for subsidiaries and sales and service units. ISR provides support in project/program management, requirements analysis, conception, implementation, training and even GoLive. A decisive success factor here is the ability to align new processes, technical developments and regulatory requirements with existing concepts and, if necessary, to implement them in new solutions. ISR supports the customer holistically in all analytical questions starting with classical DWH and ETL tasks with Datastage on Netezza over complex Cognos reporting and predictive analytics with SPSS up to strategic support e.g. for Big Data and marketing automation. By starting a cross-selling campaign optimization with SPSS, ISR has gradually been able to prove its added value in more and more technologies and tasks, so that it can exclusively support the customer in a very trustful and cooperative cooperation in analytics topics. Next on the agenda are the development of a marketing infrastructure and the migration to Cognos 11 with extensive optimizations.
